Good messaging isn't written.
It's built to survive the 5 forwarded emails, 1 presentation, and 3 management misreadings and still work.
Most messaging problems aren't writing problems — they're architecture problems. I help you build messaging that survives buying committees, org charts, and the fifth person who rewrites it

THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF...
-
Your exec team asks "can we just tweak it one more time?" for the fourth time this week, and nobody can say what changed.
-
A competitor launches something similar, and suddenly every team wants to "sharpen the messaging" — by Friday there are six versions of the same one-liner in six different PowerPoints, and you're playing referee.
-
The new hire deck says one thing about "who we are." The careers page says another. New hires spend their first month trying to figure out which one to believe.
-
You spent three weeks getting the merger announcement perfect. A regional manager summarised it in one Slack message before the ink was dry, and that's the version everyone's reading.
-
Someone in another region "localised" your global message into something you don't recognise — and now customers there think you do something different than you do.
-
Legal, marketing, and your CEO all "approved" the announcement — and somehow it ended up sounding like AI.
-
The positioning doc says "enterprise-grade." The landing page says "built for teams of any size." Nobody remembers deciding to say both, but now you have to pick a lane in front of the board.

COMMON QUESTIONS
-
What kind of companies do you work with?
Mostly B2B companies in SaaS, fintech, industrial, and education — from start-ups finding their voice to late-stage global brands sharpening their messaging. The common thread is complexity: multiple audiences, competing priorities, and messages that need to survive a long chain of internal and external readers.
-
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every engagement is value-based rather than time-based. The goal isn't hours spent; it's messaging that works. That means you're not watching the clock, and I'm not padding. We scope the work, agree on what success looks like, and price accordingly.
-
Where are you based?
I'm a Brit based in Singapore and the UK, and work remotely with companies around the world. While it may take some scheduling, time zones have never been a problem.
-
Can I have you as a guest on my podcast or blog?
Yes — I'm happy to guest on podcasts or contribute articles, especially for audiences of communication and comms team leaders. I also partner with brands who want to feature my writing in their internal comms or on their own platforms. Fill out the form, and we'll go from there
