The brief landed on your desk
And became your whole Monday

I write executive top-down internal communications for B2B organisations (announcements, change comms, leadership narratives, and updates) — so the message you intend lands intact, across every stakeholder layer between your desk and the reader, with the added bonus of not having to add another full-time headcount.

THE SITUATION
You don't need another writer.
You need someone who understands the stakes.

You're not just writing an announcement. You're managing what people believe about your leadership.
Every communication that goes out under an executive's name either adds to their credibility or quietly chips away at it.
A message that reads differently to different audiences. A change announcement that creates more anxiety than clarity. An update that's coherent at HQ and confusing everywhere else.
My job is to take your brief (however messy, however urgent) and turn it into something leadership can send with confidence. Across every audience it has to reach.

The "quick draft" that spent three hours in legal and came out saying nothing
The CEO message that got rewritten at every approval layer — until the original intent was gone
The change comms that created more questions than answers and made leadership look unprepared
The update that was clear at HQ and landed as rumour everywhere else
WHAT I COVER
Communications that protect reputation at every layer — and build the credibility that drives growth.
If it carries your leadership's name and has to travel across teams, markets, or stakeholder layers without losing its meaning — that's where I come in.
Internal
CEO & Leadership Announcements
Business-wide updates, strategic direction, leadership changes, company milestones. Written to reflect the executive's voice — so they sound like a leader, not a template.
Multi-audience
Multi-Stakeholder Announcements
Communications that read coherently to a board member, a regional manager, and a frontline employee, without needing three separate versions, or one version that speaks to no one.
External
Market-Facing Executive Content
Thought leadership, partner announcements, and market-facing executive statements that build the kind of credibility that makes growth easier — before a prospect ever takes a call.
HOW IT'S PRICED
Two tiers. Both built to protect what's at stake.
Scope and final investment are confirmed before we start — no surprises. Both tiers include multiple revisions and live collaboration where needed.

HOW IT WORKS
Fast to start.
Structured to get it right.
No lengthy onboarding. No three-week discovery phase.
You send the brief, I ask what I need, and we move.
Send the brief
Fill in the form below or email me directly.
If you have an existing draft, send it. If you're starting from scratch, that's fine too. The brief questions below give me everything I need to start without a call.
We align on scope and deadline
I confirm the scope, turnaround, and investment before we start — no surprises. For longer or more complex pieces, a short call ensures I have the full picture: who the audiences are, what they need to take away, and where the message is likely to get distorted.
You receive a clean first draft
Strategically framed, audience-calibrated, consistent with leadership voice. Not a rough outline. You get something close to ready. You review for tone, internal specifics, and anything I couldn't know from the brief.
Final version. You hit send.
After any revisions, you receive a final version that's ready to publish. No second-guessing. No "does this sound right?" Your leadership looks calm, confident, and in control because the message does the work
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
From leaders who've sent the brief.
We needed fresh eyes and remarkable writing capabilities for our future internal and external newsletters. We wanted an updated journalistic style, short, attractive, and punchy.
Your advice on the postcards' style and a better way to present our newsletter is precious and appreciated; we are implementing those ideas (a little slow, as it is part of changing our traditional way of communicating).
I was impressed by your professionalism, quick answering, and creativity.
Thank you so much for your help

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before You Reach Out
Do you write from scratch, or just edit?
Both. Some clients send a rough draft they need sharpened.
Others send a brief and want a first draft written from nothing.
Either way works — we confirm scope before starting.
Is this a one-off service or can I use you on an ongoing basis?
It's designed to work both ways. Most clients start with a single project and move to an ongoing arrangement once they see how it works — meaning I know your company voice, your stakeholder landscape, and your sensitivities without needing to be briefed from scratch each time.
Clients who need ongoing consistency across teams often move to a Messaging Spine engagement once the immediate work is done — so the system holds without them needing me each time."
Can you handle very short turnarounds?
Yes. Priority 24-hour turnaround is available on the strategic tier for urgent announcements and time-sensitive comms. Mention your deadline when you reach out and I'll confirm availability immediately.
Do you work with global organisations?
Yes. I'm based between Singapore and the UK and work remotely with organisations across APAC, Europe, and North America. The time difference is often an advantage — work frequently lands in your inbox before you start the day.
What's out of scope?
Long-form content marketing, SEO writing, and social media management aren't what I do. If you need a complete messaging architecture built from scratch, the Messaging Spine engagement is better suited to that.
"Can't I just use AI for this?"
AI is useful for drafts. It's not useful for judgment. It doesn't know why this announcement needs to land differently than the last one. It can't read the room, hold a leadership voice, or protect your reputation when the stakes are high. Sure you can try it first. I'll be here.
