The brief landed on your desk
And became your whole Monday

How to write messaging for a buying committee
Internal communication strategy training

I write executive communications for B2B organisations (announcements, change comms, leadership narratives, and internal updates) — so the message you intend lands intact. Across every stakeholder layer between your desk and the reader.

Without the need to add another full-time headcount.

B2B Messaging Mistakes

THE SITUATION

You're not just writing an announcement.

You're trying to make sure the same message reads correctly to the leadership team, the regional managers, the employees in three time zones, and the stakeholders who'll only see a forwarded summary — simultaneously.

My job is to take your brief  (however messy, however urgent) and build it into something leadership can send with confidence. Across every audience it has to reach.

Intenal communication

The "quick draft" that became your entire afternoon

The CEO message that got rewritten at every approval layer

The change comms that created more questions than it answered

The update that was clear at HQ and confusing everywhere else

WHAT I COVER

Executive communications that need to mean the same thing to everyone who reads them.

If it carries leadership's name and has to travel across teams, markets, or stakeholder layers without losing its meaning — that's where I come in.

Executive

CEO & Leadership Announcements

Business-wide updates, strategic direction, leadership changes, company milestones. Written to reflect the executive's voice — not generic corporate.

Multi-audience

Multi-Stakeholder Announcements

Communications that need to read coherently to people at different levels (a board member, a regional manager, a frontline employee) without needing three separate versions.

External

Market-Facing Executive Content

Thought leadership content, partner announcements, market-facing executive statements, and LinkedIn communications that need to reflect leadership credibility

HOW IT'S PRICED

Two tiers. One for high-stake briefs. One for everything else.

Scope and final investment are confirmed before we start — no surprises. Both tiers include multiple revisions and live collaboration where needed.

Executive & Leadership Communications

For communications that pass through multiple layers before they reach the reader — and need to mean the same thing at every stop. Full message structuring, tone calibration, and clarity from brief to final draft.

From £1,200

· typical project range

  • CEO, C-suite, and business-wide announcements

  • Change and transformation communications

  • Internal updates that need to land consistently across markets

  • Leadership narratives for M&A, ESG, and strategic shifts

  • Internal stakeholder newsletters

  • 3–5 day turnaround (24hr priority available)

Light-Touch & External Messaging

For short-form communications you’ve already drafted but need sharpened. I restructure and refine your draft so it’s clear, credible, and aligned with leadership voice. Fast turnaround, no endless revisions.

From £600

· typical project range

  • Short internal leadership announcements and leadership

  • Executive LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts

  • Existing drafts that are mostly there — but not quite landing yet

  • 2–3 day turnaround

HOW IT WORKS

Fast to start.
Structured to get it right.

No lengthy onboarding. No three-week discovery phase.
You send the brief, I ask what I need, and we move.

Send the brief

Fill in the form below or email me directly.

If you have an existing draft, send it. If you're starting from scratch, that's fine too. The brief questions below give me everything I need to start without a call.

We align on scope and deadline

I confirm the scope, turnaround, and investment before we start — no surprises. For longer or more complex pieces, a short call ensures I have the full picture: who the audiences are, what they need to take away, and where the message is likely to get distorted.

You receive a clean first draft

Readable, frictionless, strategically framed, and consistent with leadership voice. Not a rough outline — something close to ready. You check for tone, internal specifics, and anything I couldn't know from the brief.

Final version. You hit send.

After revisions, you receive a final version that's ready to publish. No second-guessing. No "does this sound right?" Your leadership looks calm, confident, and in control — because the message does too.

The 7 questions that make every brief work

  1. Who is this for? (audience, level, relationship to sender)

  2. Who is this from? (name, title, voice)

  3. What is the purpose of this communication?

  4. What do you want them to do, feel, or believe after reading it?

  5. Why this, now? (context, trigger, urgency)

  6. What is the single most important message they must take away?

  7. What's the hard deadline?

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

From leaders who've sent the brief.

Your advice on the postcards' style and a better way to present our newsletter is precious and appreciated; we are implementing those ideas (a little slow as it is part of changing our traditional way of communicating).

We needed fresh eyes and remarkable writing capabilities for our future newsletter. We wanted an updated journalistic style, short, attractive, and punchy.

I was impressed by your professionalism, quick answering, and creativity.

Thank you so much for your help

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before You Reach Out

Do you write from scratch, or just edit?

Both. Some clients send a rough draft they need sharpened.

Others send a brief and want a first draft written from nothing.

Either way works — we confirm scope before starting.

Is this a one-off service or can I use you on an ongoing basis?

It's designed to work both ways. Most clients start with a single project and move to an ongoing arrangement once they see how it works — meaning I know your company voice, your stakeholder landscape, and your sensitivities without needing to be briefed from scratch each time.

Can you handle very short turnarounds?
Yes. Priority 24-hour turnaround is available on the strategic tier for urgent announcements and time-sensitive comms. Mention your deadline when you reach out and I'll confirm availability immediately.

Do you work with global organisations?

Yes. I'm based between Singapore and the UK and work remotely with organisations across APAC, Europe, and North America. The time difference is often an advantage — work frequently lands in your inbox before you start the day.

What's out of scope?

Long-form content marketing, SEO writing, and social media management aren't what I do. If you need a complete messaging architecture built from scratch, the Messaging Spine engagement is better suited to that.
