Your product does a lot. Somewhere between the feature list and the pitch, that story got lost.

Internal communication strategy training

Positioning decks and feature lists aren't a story — they're inventory. I find the story underneath yours, and build the version your market can repeat.

B2B Messaging Mistakes

Most product and website copy gets written last — after the wireframes, after the brand deck, after everyone's already decided what the page says.

So it ends up technically accurate and completely forgettable.

The Website says: "An AI-powered logistics platform reducing fulfillment errors by 40%."
The sales rep, three meetings in, describes it as: "basically smart tracking software."
A prospect summarises it to their boss as: "some kind of shipping app."
By the time it reaches the buying committee, nobody remembers why this was different from the last vendor.

(Three versions. None of them yours.)

Before we write a single sentence, we decide what matters, in what order, and what to leave out entirely.

FAQ: Not Just Copywriting

Is this just website copywriting?

No. Copy is the output, not the starting point. If the story's wrong, better sentences just make the wrong thing sound more convincing.

The real work is figuring out what the story is before anything gets written.

Can't I just use AI for this?

You can get a draft from AI in thirty seconds. But it doesn't read the room. It reads the prompt. Try it first if you want; I'll be here for the 80% that matters.

My product is very complex

Good — that's usually where the story is. Complexity isn't the problem; it's what happens when nobody's decided which parts matter to the reader.

Is this a one-off or ongoing?

Most people start with one project — a launch, a website, a specific mess. Some become ongoing once I know your voice. Start with what's on fire.

From leaders who've sent the brief.

We needed to be able to clearly communicate what we are building to potential investors and funders.

I needed to be concise and have the best messaging possible.

I cannot say enough that it was an absolutely WONDERFUL experience working with Vivien.

She helped me refine my pitch and my why into a clear narrative that could be used on our promotional channels.

Vivien is thoughtful, insightful, and has great ideas. I highly recommend working with Vivien.
