Stop sabotaging
your B2B messages.

Most messaging problems aren't writing problems — they're architecture problems. I help B2B teams build messaging that survives buying committees, org charts, and the fifth person who rewrites it

What's Messaging

THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF...

  • Your company is going through a rebrand, product launch, merger, leadership shift, or strategic repositioning — and suddenly your messaging feels fragmented, inconsistent, or unclear.

  • You're a communications or marketing leader struggling with the same message landing differently across employees, executives, buyers, investors, partners, or regions.

  • Your teams keep rewriting, simplifying, or diluting the message as it moves through the business — making alignment difficult and slowing decisions.

  • Your executives need a clearer, more consistent voice across channels, audiences, and internal teams.

  • You don’t just need better copy. You need a stronger messaging spine and key messaging library that holds and gets used across the organisation.

KEY MESSAGING SPINE

A single source for your message architecture, so every team stays on the same page, and every message is on brand.

EXECUTIVE COMMS SUPPORT

High-stakes messages (change memos, ESG, Impact reports) — that must land with boards, employees, and regulators simultaneously.

THE MESSAGE ROOM

Hands-on working sessions where your team rebuilds real messaging live, in the room

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What kind of companies do you work with?

Mostly B2B companies in SaaS, fintech, industrial, and education — from start-ups finding their voice to global brands sharpening their messaging before a major launch or rebrand. The common thread is complexity: multiple audiences, competing priorities, and messages that need to survive a long chain of internal and external readers.

  • Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every engagement is value-based rather than time-based. The goal isn't hours spent, it's messaging that works. That means you're not watching the clock, and I'm not padding. We scope the work, agree on what success looks like, and price accordingly.

  • Where are you based?

I'm a Brit based between Singapore and the UK, and work with companies around the world. Everything is remote-friendly — time zones have never been a problem.

  • Can I have you as a guest on my podcast or blog?

Yes — I'm happy to guest on podcasts or contribute articles, especially for audiences of communication and comms team leaders. I also partner with brands who want to feature my writing in their internal comms or on their own platforms. Fill out the form and we'll go from there
