Why do you price by project not by word or by the hour?
Copywriting and Copyediting is all about being concise and clear.
It wouldn't make sense to charge by the word where the goal is to simplify and use the least amount of words.

Time doesn't reflect my ability - Because you're paying to have a job done well, not a job done quickly. I can confidently say I can write and edit far quicker and far better, than someone starting to write and edit who may charge by the hour.

I'm sure you would agree that your client won't care how many hours it took to create the content but rather the end result.

I charge per project - for the outcome and for your SOLUTION

When I price up a job I take into account:

how much research is involved

what the end goal is
-
the type of copywriting
-
the value it’ll bring to you as the client

the amount of editing
-
timeframe - if it's urgent I'll add an additional fee
But it's too expensive?

While most free sources can sometimes feel generic if you want something tailored just for you and your business or team book a full consultation.
Can't I just Google Copywriting?
Yes, you can - there's a lot of good free advice out there from some great communicators - in fact you can always subscribe to my newsletter.

I don't see myself as just a Copywriter - I like to write strategically when it comes to communication - there has to be a purpose and an outcome, - a real goal.
What if I change my mind? What is your refund policy?
I understand that Life happens! You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with the subject "Cancellation" with your name for a full refund. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my training and consultations, we won't be able to refund any money for sessions already started.
A 25% refund is eligible 48 hours before the Program begins. Alternatively, You may wish to request to move your Training to a different date.
Are the Programs & Workshops only appropriate for certain countries?
I try and cover all timezones but unfortunately, some slip through the crack. If you can't find an appropriate time in my diary to schedule our meetings let me know and I'll see what I can do otherwise you may wish to consider my 1-1 Consultation.

Lifetime access: Some products and courses offer lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means you have access to the online product for the entirety of that product's lifetime, until the product is retired and removed. If a product is retired, it will no longer be sold from our website and it will no longer be updated. This company reserves the right to retire any product at any time.
